There have been many speculated names for the new Pokemon game; Pokemon Topaz, Pokemon Opal, and Pokemon Zircon to name a few. An online blog that revealed mostly accurate DP information prior to the games released hints that the name games name may be Pokemon Platinum and will feature Giratina on the cover. Also rumored is that alternative forms for Giratina, Regigigas, and Shaymin will appear in the game. This is all rumored, and cannot be taken as 100% fact. We will try to give you as much information as possible. Until then, take a look at the new additions to the DP section.

CoroCoro Magazine will be announcing the title of a new Pokemon game for the DS in their latest issue which is due out on the 15th. The mainsite backs this claim up. It is unknown whether or not this is a sister game,a GS remake, or some crappy side-quest game. If it is in fact true, we'll post the story here as soon as possible. In the meantime, take a look at a few new pages. Edit 5-8-08 6PM EST: A timeline produced by CoroCoro shows the chronological release of the main Pokemon games (with the exception of FireRed and LeafGreen) throughout the years. At the end of this list is an entry for 2008 and shows an image of a name about to be written in. Since sister games are usually released at this time (one year and a half to two years), this hints at a possible sister game.
- Corrections have been made to the Pokemon Crystal Pokemon locations page. Be sure to check back with for updates regarding the rumor. Please be sure to visit the forums and take part in our PotW polls and discussion.
Lately, I've had some time to go over portions of the site. Today, I looked over the Diamond and Pearl section and changed the somethings around and fixed a few things.
- An image url on the Giratina page has been fixed. the site counter under went maintenence so any views to the site as of this update have not been recorded at all. Please be sure to visit the forums and take part in our PotW polls and discussion.
The Pokemon of the week has been updated. This week's Pokemon is Tyranitar. Added a page to the Pocket Monsters section, this one for Green version. Forum skin and buttons have been updated as well.
However, unlike previous versions, this version is not best viewed in FireFox. It is best viewed in Internet Explorer with a 800 by 600 screen resolution. For reason, Firefox does not want to make the border colors white; instead it uses shitty default settings. Yeah, go figure... I've combind the Pocket Monsters pages into one page for easier navigation. No new content. Akkad is getting for us the Pocket Monsters Green sprites. So join the forums in the mean time and vote for us in the topsites. |
