Deoxys is a mutant space Pokemon that was born from bacteria exposed to a laser. Deoxys has a total of four forms; each form will determine its stats. The form you get depends on the game your Deoxys is in. In Diamond and Pearl, there are no set forms or any new forms for Deoxys in these games.

When you trade Deoxys over to your D/P card, Deoxys will retain the form it had in the version you migrated it from. This will be the form that appears in your Pokedex. However, unlike previous versions where Deoxys could be only one form, your Deoxys can be any of the four forums it likes.

In Veilstone City are four meteorites on the east side of the city. If you touch these meteorites, Deoxys will change its form.

The northmost meteorite will turn your Deoxys into Speed Deoxys.
The two meteorites south will turn your Deoxys in Attack Deoxys or Defense Deoxys.
The meteorite in the middle will turn your Deoxys into Normal Deoxys.

You can alternate between these forms as much as you like. The stats will change, but the moves won't. This will let you get some very interesting movesets for Deoxys.

Once you have transformed your Deoxys into all the forms, you can view them in your Pokedex.
