This page willdescribe the English name of the new leader, their Pokemon, and the weakness for thier Pokemon
Roark is fairly easy. If you have a Water or Leaf type (Piplup/Turtwig/Budew) you'll find this gym to be easy. Cranidos is a heavy hitter, so you'll want some potions around.
Gardenia is a hand full. Cheribu is weak, so a good fire or flying attack (Chimchar/Prinplup/Starly) will do good. Turtwig tends to boost its defense alot, and can give you some trouble if you don't take it out fast. Roserade is pretty fast and tough. Best idea is to parlyz it, and use Leer/Tail Whip/Screech from a Pokemon until you can't anymore, then switch out to the heavy hitter on your team and blast away.
Maylene is a new gym leader and is pretty weak. Flying or Psychic types moves can be pretty useful, but for those who have a Pokemon that knows Bubblebeam, use it. Kadabra can be obtain right outside of town for those who don't.
Crusher Wake uses water Pokemon. As such, those who have Shinx/Luxio/Luxray or Budew/Roselia will find this gym is pretty easy. Mega Drain/Spark is all you'll need.
Fantina specializes in Ghost Pokemon. Mismagius and Driftlim can be taken out with Crunch from a Luxray or similar Pokemon, and Gengar can be taken out easily with a Psychic type move. Alternatively, hit them with Surf or another equally powerful move. Ground moves will not work on them however, due to their ability, Levitate.
Byron is the father of Roark, and specializes in Steel Pokemon. If you have a fire-type with a strong fire-type move, you'll want to use that. Having a Pokemon that knows Surf should be brought along as well.
Except for Medicham, all her Pokemon can be taken out quite easily with a Fire or Steel-type move like Flamethrower or Metal Claw. Medicam is weak to Crunch, so use that if possible. If not, hit it with your best moves.
