 In Route 214 rests a mansion owned by a wealthy man. The backyard to this mansion contains a 'garden' that contains only 5 Pokemon before you obtain the National Dex. After you obtain it, you can see more Pokemon.

The Pokemon you can see changs every day. Enter the mansion and go to the room on the right and speak with the man. Answer yes to all his questions. He will then tell you the name of a Pokemon. That Pokemon will appear all day in the garden.
