There are three Pokemon who are said to help keep the world in balance. They are Uxie, Mespirit, and Azelf. After you capture or defeat Dailga or Palkia, the three will return to their respective lakes. The lakes form a triangle, with UXie at the top, Azelf at the lower right, and Mespirit at the lower left of the triange.

The trio are located in small island caves in the middle of each lake. They are at level 50, and know four various moves. When you talk to Uxie or Azelf, you'll be able to battle them. Mespirit, however, will vanish. But where to? If you've gotten the map Poketch app, you'll be able to track it. Otherwise, head for their building in Jubilife and get it.

Before going to capture them, you'll want to get the following:
- 40 Ultra balls per Psychic
- Several level 45-55 Pokemon, perferably half Steel-type
- Several restorative items.

Once you get the required items and Pokemon, you can go after the two non-running members of the Trio. Head to the north or east lake, surf across the water and enter their cave. Save, then talk to them.

You'll instantly engage in battle. Start off by hitting them with a move like Surf. Keep hitting them until they are in the red area. If you kill it, reset your game. If you have a Pokemon knows Sing/Sleep Powder, switch that Pokemon out and use that move. Then, proceed to hurl Ultra Balls until you catch it. Should it wake, put to sleep again and proceed with the Ultra Balls. If your Pokemon starts to show signs of low HP, use a restorative items and continue with the Ultra balls. Repeat until caught.

Now, Mespirit will appear around Sinnoh much like the Beasts and the Latis did in GSC/RSE. With the Map App you got in Jubilife, put a high level and fast Pokemon with the move "Mean look" first. Walk around some routes until Mespirit appears on the map. Head to that route and walk until you find it. Use Mean Look off the bat, and then switch to your attack. If Mespirit runs before the Mean look, repeat the process and hope ML hits first. Then, repeat the process used to catch Azelf/Uxie.
