However, there are only two people who will teach your Pokemon moves. They are located on Route 210 and Route 218. The first move tutor is an old lady on Route 210, and she will teach your Pokemon the move Draco Meteor (previously known as the much better name, Meteoric Swarm). She will teach it to the following Pokemon: The next tutor is an old man on Route 228, and he will teach your Pokemon several moves.
