Like in FireRed and LeafGreen, Deoxys can be found on Birth Island. You can only get to Birth Island with the Aurora Ticket, which was given out at Nintendo Events. On the Island, you will see a small gray triangle. "Talk" to the triangle, and it will move. "Talk" to the side closet to you, and keep following it as it moves. Move quickly and do not bump into it. Eventually, it will shatter and Deoxys will appear.

It will appear as its Normal form in this wild battle. It is at level 30, and Pokemon around that level should be brought. A good strategy is to freeze it, or put it to sleep and weaken it to red HP, and then hurling Ultra Balls until it is caught. A Masterball would work as well if you've already caught Latios/Latias.

When captured, Deoxys will look like its Speed form in the Pokedex, the stat menu, and in battle. To you friends, however, it will appear as a regular Deoxys.
