The Torn World is, as the name implies, a world that is torn. It is on the reverse side of the Pokemon world. It is a fragmented world where the laws of physics do not apply. It is located above Spear Pillar and is the home to Giratina.

Based on CoroCoro images, it can be infered that one can enter the Torn World once Giratina makes itself known after Cyrus awakens Dialga and Palkia. This world is truly unique with floors and walls of water going whichever way, and the player can explore these grounds in many different angles. The actual size of this world is unknown.

Since Giratina assumes its Origin Forme inside the torn world, it can be implied that Giratina is battled and captured here. Whether or not one can return to the Torn World upon capturing Giratina is unknown. It is also unknown if wild Pokemon appear here.
