A while back (years back) I was fooling around with a Gameshark and used parts of the Pokedex Completion, and when I checked my Pokedex, I noticed I had numerous entries past Mew. Later after some research, I found out these are the Pokegods. I can no longer find the Pokedex Completion Code, so if you have this extremely long code, please send it to me so I can confirm this section.

What are the Poke-Gods? This is a question a lot of people ask. There is one simple answer. I can give that answer after doing alot of research online. A Poke-God is simply any Pokemon above Mew in the original games. This name is just what it is, a name. Nothing special to it.

There is no way to catch the Poke-Gods. You can only see them in your Pokedex entering in the last few lines of the the gameshark code for "Completed Pokedex". What this does is it adds numerous entries past Mew.

These entries appear because more than 151 Pokemon were planned before the launch, or it is rubbish data. Programmers left the data there, unused. Some of these "Poke-Gods" include Houou and Togepi with sprites of Fearow or Jigglypuff. More entries appear with bizarre names or glitched/reused sprites.

There is no other way to obtain the Poke-Gods. As soon as I find the Completed Pokedex code I will try it out again and post screens later.
